Katie Schild – Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician

Katie has been a dedicated skin/body therapist since 2000. Her newest modality is Ashiatsu, or “back walk” massage. She is currently the only therapist at Barcelona who provides this wonderful service. Katie really enjoys her profession because she gets to help people feel better about themselves, inside and out and her goal is to continue to provide excellent service by keeping up with the latest treatments and techniques.

Barbara Abens – Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician

Barbara has been involved in the salon and spa industry since 2005. She holds licenses in cosmetology, esthetics and massage. She moved to Colorado in 2009 and joined the family of Barcelona Spa and Salon. She loves to create a wonderful experience for any client with everything from nail services to skin care. She specializes in Thai massage, hair removal and make up application.

Silvia Hernandez – Nail Technician

Silvia has been a practicing nail technician since 2005. She specializes in doing Gel overlays and Shellac, as well as fabulous manicures and pedicures. Her favorite part of her profession is pampering her clients so that they feel relaxed and beautiful. Silvia is currently attending school so that she can extend her knowledge to skin and hair care.

Jill Brown – Esthetician

Jill has been a practicing esthetician for 14 years. She has attended many different classes to keep current on all skin care and makeup products. Jill specializes in speed waxing, facials, lash tinting and brow tinting. She enjoys making her client’s look and feel better about themselves, showing them their true natural beauty.
